Alanis Residence, A Convenient Location In Kota Warisan

What initially attracted me to Alanis Residence was its strategic location. Situated just about 12–15 minutes away from KLIA, it’s ideal for those in transit or needing a place to rest after a long flight. Make sure you install your Grab app as this is the only app used for rideshare. This also gives you the option to order food once in the Residence.

For travelers who like to take public transport, the proximity to the Salak Tinggi ERL station (just 1.5 km away) is a major plus. This station connects you directly to Kuala Lumpur’s city center via the Express Rail Link, making it easy to explore the heart of the city and its many famous buildings and activities.

The First Impression

Upon arrival, what struck me was the modern and welcoming ambiance of the residence. The area around Alanis Residence is peaceful, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close to essential amenities like KIP Mall and Mitsui Outlet Park.

Whether you’re looking for a quick bite to eat or a last-minute shopping trip before your flight, these nearby options make everything so much more convenient. The residence itself feels like a well-designed urban retreat, offering the perfect balance between accessibility and tranquility.

Check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff, despite my late arrival, were incredibly accommodating, ensuring that I was settled in quickly. They also took the time to explain the amenities, nearby attractions, and transportation options. Their friendly attitude made me feel welcome after a long journey.

Alanis Residence, Comfort and Modern

I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, which was perfect for me and my daughter. Walking into the apartment, the first thing that caught my attention was how new and clean it was. The minimalist design, combined with comfortable furnishings, created a cozy yet modern feel that made it easy to unwind after a busy day.

The apartment came equipped with all the essentials, the bedrooms were equally comfortable, with fresh linens, plenty of closet space, and easy-to-use air conditioning. After spending most of my time in different hotels, this felt more like a home than just another place to stay. I particularly loved the quietness of the residence at night, which made for an uninterrupted night’s sleep.

The Bathroom

The apartment’s bathroom was modern and clean, equipped with showers, toilets, and bidets. I was pleased with the water pressure and the warm water, which can often be an issue and was especially true in India where we just came from. Everything was well-maintained, and I had no complaints about the facilities.
